I think all humans have the ability to be a talented learner and capable, the only question is how far can you go. the difference between those who awaken their drive to move forward like isagi, is his will and desire. imma say it out right now, idk if the author intended for Isagi to have the soccer iq similar to snuffy( even greater iq than him)but no matter how isagi figured out the way to beat rin. Everything that we see in chapter 286 with isagis team looking like a unit to beat rins team its possible that we see isagi using snuffys tactic in the future to beat rin and maybe even transform snuffys tactics to become the worlds best striker. While snuffy is a like master mind which creates the formation and how the team plays to achieve victory, isagi's ball IQ works for himself and how only he himself will score goals. I believe a better comparison would be between kaiser and isagi. Kaiser had the highest football IQ in blue lock until now. He could be on the same level with isagi or slightly higher.
