Good video Dave. A couple videos back I think you asked about issues that people are having at their work. I finally thought of one and it's colour change from one to another. We already use Asaclean for cleaning, but any other info would be greatly appreciated.

Thx for the info...I have a potential item for discussion. Thermolators - what about Reynolds number and how it can effect cooling efficiency with, both, too low of a Reynolds number or too high.

What type of tip are you using? Are you using any decompression after screw recovery?

@@injectionmoldingskillsmore1064 you mean about Open or shut-off nozzle? We're using open nozzle with PBT resin at 260 degree. That occur during recovery

@@hdvnma3519 Try to put a screw delay on it, so that the screw gets back right before mold opens. This will help a lot if you can do. Thanks

You mentioned instead of cardboard “nozzle pieces you could buy” what are they called ? And do they work better than cardboard?
