I just got NP1 from Lowe’s and I cannot get it to flow out of the caulk gun without using incredible pressure. I heated the caulk tube up after placing the tube in a gallon ziplock bag and putting it in scalding hot water! It did flow better but was by no means easy. Is this normal or do I have defective tubes of NP1? Thank you.

You have a really shitty caulk gun. You need 12:1 thrust ratio.

What's the blue liquid and what are you doing with it ?

It’s soapy water. Acts as a lubricant so you can smooth it with your fingers and easy to clean up once material dries
