You have made me legitimately enjoy this song. You cannot understand what a goddamn miracle that is. As this song emerged and reached the height of its popularity I started having to take a bus to school. I was the first one to be picked up. Even on a good day the ride was over an hour. The radio played Happy multiple times a ride, very early in the morning, every single day. This song was the bane of my soul. But I legitimately, musically enjoyed this. This feels like healing.

You have some problems that’s not with just this song. My bus driver played r&b, which is the complete opposite of the death metal I listen to…. But it never made me feel this way, and some of the song were ten times more terrible.

Holy cow- that was some incredible audio editing! I love how you reworked the lyrics to both fit the DK rap theme (and still somehow make everything rhyme), and to create a cleaner audio experience overall (using more fully intact words from the original audio versus splicing everything) I came here from YT recommendations, so here's hoping another round of lucky viewers will be coming to view this masterpiece soon!
