Narcissist are self centered individuals with grandiosity, callousness and low or no agreeableness. Living with them is allowing you to suffer their abuses. They form sick or toxic relationship with their victims. There are many reg flags the narcissist show their victims to assess them but the victims mostly ignore these red flags out of blind trust, cultural beliefs or romantic love. This video talks about the possible red flags a narcissist shows in any relationship.

ഞാൻ വിവാഹ o കഴിഞ്ഞ കാലം തൊട്ടെ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ നടക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഡയറി എഴുതായിരുന്നു. സ്വതേ ഞാൻ നന്നായി എഴുതും husന്റെയും അമ്മയുടെയും പെങ്ങളുടെയും ശല്യം സഹിക്കവയ്യാതെ ഞാനും hus ഉം മക്കളും വീടു മാറി പക്ഷെ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സ്വഭാവത്തിൽ മാറ്റം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല പണ്ടത്തെ പോലെ തന്നെ ... എന്താ വീട്ടിൽ പ്രശനം എന്തോ പ്രശ്നമുണ്ടെന്ന് എനിക്ക് ഉറപ്പായിരുന്നു ആയിടെയാണ് മാമിന്റെ വീഡിയോ കാണാൻ ഇടയായത് എല്ലാം വിഡിയോയും കാണുന്ന ഞാൻ പണ്ട് എഴുതിയ ഡയറി എടുത്ത് വായിച്ചു നോക്കി അതിലെല്ലാം അയാളും വീട്ടുകാരും ചെയ്ത അക്രമങ്ങളുടെ പരമ്പരയായിരുന്നു വായിച്ചത് ഞാൻ : ഇതോടെ മാം മിന്റെ വീഡിയോയും കണക്റ്റ് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ തീർത്തു മനസിലായി ഇങ്ങേർക്ക് പ്രശ്നം തന്നെയാണ് ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ച വേദനകൾ മുഴുവൻ വായിച്ചത് ഞാൻ കണ്ണു നിറഞ്ഞായിരുന്നു മാം പക്ഷെ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ കൗൺസലിംഗിന് കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു വന്നില്ല, സൈകാട്രിയെ കാണാൻ വന്നില്ല ... അവസാനം എനിക്കു തന്നെ ഒരു ധൈര്യം വന്നു ഈ ബന്ധം അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചേ പറ്റൂന്ന് ഞാൻ Legel ആയിട്ട് മുന്നോട്ട് പോകണ്ട Plan ആണ് . Divorce ന് ഞാൻ വാക്കീലിനെ കണ്ട് എല്ലാം ശരിയാക്കിയിട്ട് wait ചെയ്യാണ് ഞാൻ മതിയായി പോയി മാം ഞാൻ ആരും സഹായിക്കാനില്ലാത്ത ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട ഒരു കുട്ടിയാണ് പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ ധൈര്യത്തോടെ legel ആയി മുന്നോട്ട് പോവ്വാണ് - എന്റെ മക്കൾക്കും എനിക്കും വേണ്ടി😅

എന്തൊ കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടെന്ന് പലപ്പോഴും തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട് പക്ഷേ love bombing, covert NPD, എല്ലാം കൂടി ചേരുമ്പോൾ പുകയാണ്.ഇത് love or hate മനസിലായില്ല വർഷം കുറേ പോയി എല്ലാം സഹിച്ച് മടുത്ത് എന്തിന് എന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് ശൂന്യം ... condition, rules, demand regulations, control, toxic,abuse verbal, mental, emotional,over acting, comparison, degrading, blame, mirroring, block, criticism, ignore , punishment, torturing, full time CCTV, over perfection, silent treatment,, .....etc ഇതെല്ലാം എന്നോട് ചെയ്തു എന്നിട്ട് ഞാൻ നന്നാവണം, നിന്റെ നന്മ,ഭാവി , എനിക്ക് നിന്നോടുള്ള സ്നേഹം, കരുതൽ,നീ എന്റെ സ്വന്തമായത് കൊണ്ട്,..... സ്വന്തമായി ന്യായീകരിക്കുന്നു NPD . ശരിക്കും ഈ red flag എന്താണ് അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു എന്നാലും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സഹോദരിയോടും അമ്മയോടും ഇതെ കുറിച്ച് പറയുമ്പോൾ സ്നേഹംകൊണ്ടാണ് അവൻ പാവാണ് നിന്റെ ഭാഗ്യമാണ് അവൻ, പെട്ടെന്ന് ദേഷ്യം വന്നിട്ടാവും എല്ലാം ശരിയാകും. ഇത് കേട്ട് എന്റെ ജീവിതം നഗരം ആക്കി.എല്ലാം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു ഇപ്പോൾ സമാധാനമുണ്ട്.ആരേ പേടിക്കേണ്ട എന്റെ ഇഷ്ടത്തിന് പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകി ജീവിക്കാനും സന്തോഷിക്കാനും കഴിയുന്നു.

Hi Ubaid, it is a technique used to deal with arrogant and noisy grandiose people like your boss or neighbour. You can imagine a funny character in their place and imagine how that funny character speaks then laugh in your mind to lighten the effect of their arrogance and high volume speech - a kind of akrosham . That may not work when you suffer from a deeply wounded mind or trauma. If you are able to develop adaptive psychopathy you may be able to laugh. Hope my answer helps.

I only realised recently that my mother in law is NPD.She is so jealous and manipulative and controls me in every sense .Luckily my husband realised her real colour after she started to do the same with him as well.We tried hard to get out of the situation ,and eventually moved overseas.I still fulfil my responsibilities to her,but has set a boundary for everything.I guess everyone who go through the same situation can relate.It is an ongoing psychological torture and and unfortunately the victims think that the situation is going to get better after every incident.Every one deserve to be treated well.

If someone is not behaving the way we want them to behave we call them narcissist😋. Are we keeping our expectations high or are we evil haters who lost the capacity to love and see humans as it is? Seeing only the bad side of humans and naming them narcissists is very cruel to that human. Even Jesus Christ was nailed because evil haters did not see his loving and good side of him.

@@DrSusanKoruthu Firstly as doctor you need to understand that narcissist behaviour need to be clinically diagnosed by a mental heath professional after directly interacting with the person. Its a crime to name someone "narcissist person" without clinical diagnosis. If someone suicide in relation to this or wrong diagnosis you will be in deep trouble.
