Seeing the first preview on Broadway was the most electrifying night of theatre I have ever experienced. When they re-record Bright (take 22), I forgot I was watching a play - it genuinely felt like I was a fly on the wall watching them record one of the greatest albums of all time.

And perhaps even scarier-they have unlicensed therapists on their platform. There is, too, I think, subjective talk of them not upholding any quality standard from patient to patient, which follows.

​@@harcelli96 I wrote a reply explaining, but I'm suddenly not seeing it. I'm not sure if it got taken down or what. Nonetheless, I'll restate: In short, BetterHelp pressured clients to divulge sensitive health information (and email and IP addresses). They sold this information to third parties, violating HIPAA and their own promises of privacy (this was reported by the FTC, who BetterHelp had to pay 7.8 Million). They also have unlicensed therapists on their platform and supposedly, subjectively, do not uphold any standard in quality from client to client - seems to follow. I am a psych student, and I do not recommend BetterHelp. If you or someone around you needs a therapist, I suggest looking on Psychology Today. They have been recommended by multiple professors of mine.
