I don´t want to break your heart but I do the same with my old Galaxy VR and a Note 9, there is a Cinema Teather just for you. There is algo an app called Virtual Desktop which streams from the Win-PC or Mac (as far as I know) a hold 360° space to organize all the windows that you want. Old tech. And even better because there is a 3D controller. I love your channel, by the way.

I'm so very curious if these are any type of accessibility features to adjust font and text? Being visually impaired, I find this type of technology so promising. I recently went down a rabbit hole comparing these with the TCL Nxtwear and Rokid Air models. Nreal air appears to be the best looking of the three. The Nreal light model appears to be of higher specs, but it looks a little funky. For the past 37 years I have used a pair of bioptic glasses to help me see. I have been dreaming of this type of technology since the first time I saw Jordi and his cool glasses on Star Trek the next generation. Any kind of feedback would be greatly appreciated ✌️🤓

I use a 3440x1440p monitor for work. I would buy it but 3x1080p is a regress. If you use 2*1080p it will be a nice upgrade. I need to wait a year or two for 1440p or 4k wersion (4k might be laggy on my office station :/) the emulated big 4k screen on 1080p would be nice too. 3 x 1440p would be amazing for work.

This is getting closer. 3x 1080p virtual desktops is one thing.... 1x 5120x2880 transparent background virtual monitor that we can drag desktop windows onto , independent of the applications we are running... ONE true 5k virtual desktop with transparent BG. This will break the 3rd wall and we'll be converting and consuming. Add facial-recognition and further develop what nReal is doing with full-body-tracking... and we're getting there. Closer....

Hi Ben, I just bought the nreal glasses only to be surprised by the software incompatibility with all phones in the house 😭 Their software support for the nebula is soooooo limited. Screen casting works out of the box but AR Space is where the fun is. Pretty disappointed! Only saving grace is that I can still hook it up to my macbook air.

To clarify, on MacOS is the Nebula software giving you full access to your computer's desktop and software? As in, can you pull up anything actually installed on your Mac? Because I just got these and my issue with AR Space on Android is that the software support is super limited. You can't just open any Android app you already have installed on your phone as an AR window. I don't have a Mac to see how Virtual Desktop compares, but I know Nreal said they were hoping to release a Windows version of the Nebula software in Q1 2023. Starting to feel like it'll be Q2 at the earliest, but still, wanted to get an idea of what to expect.

Yes, it treats the NReal as an external display that displays your separate home screens like when you swipe 3 fingers horizontally on the Mac. Allowing you to open any app and moving it to any of the virtual displays as if they are 3 separate monitors.

I mean, I don’t think these should be used in public. Unless you mean public like just sitting still at a park or on a bus. Def not while walking or at a restaurant. The speakers at max volume would probably bother someone sitting right next to you. But def not so loud it’s going to annoy people six feet away. But yes when I use on a plane I will use wireless earbuds not gonna bother the person next to me

In AR mode, you can have a wonderful AR experience like you can put virtual screen in the space, play AR games. And in casting mode, you will get a big virtual screen which is good for watching videos. And the latency and quality are the same under the two modes.

Honestly it's better than Bose audio glasses lol. I still don't get why I bought it T_T . And after just some time the Sony link buds got released and That was what would have been better for me. 379 for triple monitor sounds like a steal to me. If only I can get it for a reasonable price. Well you are a content creator and so you might use Macs alot but for others it's honestly shit (however my Asus still renders way faster than Mac pro). RTX shows it's power and I never use more than Adobe and a few others, I would rather go for an OLED display super performance laptop.. would have loved to see how it works with something like an Asus..
