I went with my dad (RIP) to that game, we traveled from Adelaide. I’ll never forget that game and series. Thanks for sharing.

What an Aussie team that was and what a player Brad Clyde was. Not underrated back in his day, but rarely mentioned as a great these days. The guy was big, strong, fast and skillful - best lock in the world for a fair while back then.

I don’t like to be the back in my day type but this was the game I fell in love with. I watched this game, I would of been about 12 and everything about this game is perfect. Unstructured attack, just playing what they see and letting their skills do the talking. Peter Jackson at five eighth, one of my all time favourite players. I literally wept when he died. Not as fast as today’s game, not as strong or professional but pure rugby league. Fantastic
