Courageous win Knights. The Gamble- Hastings combination was impressive. Well done to Hetherington who played well off the bench. Great work Knights in the player swap deal between Hastings and Klemmer and that showed in yesterday's game who is the better player. Great to have you at the Knights Jackson.

As much as I would have enjoyed a winning cohesive start to the season.but As the great philosopher and wordsmith J addo Carr once said 'rome was not built overnight...' I thought some attack was there, Twal over the line, and another try disallowed for obstruction, yes it was clunky, riddled with errors, leading to a very low completion rate.. more worried about their defence in, both games, first set giving up soft tries.. The positives, three great footy minds in the coaches box. Only 4 points outside the top four. Bateman will bring some much needed raw fiery energy.. Upsetting the Bulldogs at belmore this Sunday, would be a treat....

@M Maybe by 2100, but not by 2050 and even then, soccer does not really gel with the societal ethic of Australia or NZ very well. The diving and play acting in combination with larger body types being far less suited to controlling a ball at the feet impact the potential of the sport in both nations. AFL in particular is gaining traction in some traditional Soccer markets like Africa and Asia at a surprising rate and is growing faster in the USA than club level soccer. There is and will be room for the code in both sport mad nations but given the small market it is not going to be a priority for FIFA to promote heavily enough to gain really rapid traction.

I started going for the mighty wests magpies in 1973. Never liked Balmain. Then they merged. I couldn’t change teams. 2005 was amazing, and deserved. I’m not sure what’s going on for the last 8 years, but catching and running straight, ooo, and tackling, are important parts of the game. That’s all I’ve got 🤦🏿‍♂️

Tigers have no attack. Where’s their spine? What’s Tim Sheen bringing to this club? Knights were outstanding. Lost Ponga early (again), lost another, had one in the bin, defended their line 800 times, lost Frizell, had only 12 players for last 15 minutes and still won. Their defence was outstanding

Ponga should be looked at. He wears head gear and still suffers from being Koed. How often has this happen in the NRL or even in the Rugby. He got hit in the head by a player who wasn't wearing a head gaurd and was koed yet the other player was fine.

Why does the commentator YELL everything. It's usually female commentators that do that for some reason. Somebody have a word, it's really irritating.I love excitement , but this is nonsense. Rabbits Warren did it best ...low voice, medium voice ...... EXCITED VOICE . He didn't yell out " ROACH TACKLED BY ROBERTS ,TACKLE ONE ! " We can 4KN hear you mate. Good highlights. Best ground for RL in the world. Respect from the UK.
