Rnd 7 panthers v tigers the same thing happened to Schnieder, nothing. Edwards blew up and the usual jumper grabbing but nothing from the ref or the bunker. No consistency.

They're comparing reserve grade kick pressure to NRL. Yes, those examples used in the reserve grade are 1000% worse than what happen with Grant or even SJ. Yes, don't attack the legs, but refs need better judgement calls. If the contact is negligible then maybe a penalty. Now we have more and more players milking for penalties, its become soccer where 90% of goals are off milking penalties.. Its getting soft and the NRL need to do better.

Dylan Walker gets much heavier contact, injures his ankle in the Wahs v Roosters game. Nothing called. No penalty, no sin bin. Play goes on literally around him. It doesn't matter who the kicker/tackler is in any game, fans (and players) just want consistency.

I think Harry Grant's sin bin is completely justified. I think the other similar instances so far this season should have been sin bins. I think that kind of contact should be a sin bin every time from now on.

There was a similar incident in the previous game. If the next incident is not a send off the the Storm shoud hit the NRL with a firestorm that the NRL will have to try and get the UN to intervene. But as a Storm supporter the Sharks were on fire and the better team.

Same thing happened in the Roosters v Warriors game. Dylan Walker kicks gets clipped by a Rooster, Dylan Walker goes of injured but in this case not even a penalty. It’s one or the other the inconsistent officiating is ruining the game.

The Harry Grant ruling was appalling. A sin bin ruling will always advantage one team. Referees should not determine the outcome of a game by being legalistic. Thirteen against twelve is an unfair advantage. If you wouldn't make the ruling in a grand Final with 5 minutes left in the game, then don't do it in a club match. The same goes with the accidental brushing of the head by Bromwich. Turbo should not have been rewarded for dropping the ball. He used the opportunity to cover up his mistake...watch hime grinning when he got away with it. Maybe he was embarrassed but all of these decisions are embarrassing and they change the momentum in a game.

Ok, no touch the leg in any way shape or form. So every game 20 sin bins. It changed the momentum of the game. The actual final score is St 18 Sh 6. Without the match bias n no try, called a try with no evidence. Poor form.

Its plain and simple they wanna make an example of storm because apparently we get away with everything. But we didnt lose the game because of the sin bin.Harry came back on and in last 10 mins gives away a penalty and a set restart then with 6 mins left they do a short kick off. Those 3 stupid things lost us the game. But officials need to pick their game up because its fast becoming a joke

The "gamesmanship" and penalty milking rests squarely on the modern coaching methods..squeezing and manipulating the rules to the enth degree. In some instances it could be classified as blatant cheating..but thats where the game is at right now. As soon as a rule is brought in to try and improve the game..the wily coaches find a way to bend it to advantage. Also the players have far to much to say to the ref..they are constantly barking in their faces at every opprtunity.

there should be degrees of intent to injure with this call. you can see players going to acting school and looking like soccer dive theatrics. Refs need to have some leeway but sad as it is refs are human and do make mistakes, what is the crime is the bunker with all their tech making the wrong call

I agree with Fittler: the defender can't touch the kicker's leg/s while in the motion of kicking the ball. The defender has to either try and charge down the kick or tackle the kicker before he kicks it .

It was a penalty at the most. If you think that deserves a sin bin your a clown and you know nothing about rugby league. I think it's crazy how whenever they decide to do a crackdown they wanna make an example of storm and its plainly because we started the wrestle and the niggle in the ruck back in early 2000s and got away with a lot. But the ref's and bunker want respect but they need to show us fans they deserve the respect.
