Beautiful big Rainbow 👍 My favorite lure to use in the summer is a Mepps #1 gold blade, plain treble. T-Mags in the spring, of course.

That was a great fish even for Bluesprings. Love your video's and that looks like a great giveaway package to. My favorite jigging bait is also the Trout magnet. Its such a versatile bait to use. Either jigging or floating, its a absolute MON-STAR bait.

i do the same thing when using the trout magnets, my favorite color is the dark green with the red flakes. the main reason i use the green with the red flakes is this, the red flakes looks like little blood spots to the trout.

Favorite jig is just what you used today. I do prefer the Gold/Meal worm color though. To me it's a little closer to natural presentation. Straight Maribou jig in white is next. But, the best is still half a live Nightcrawler. Nothing now or ever will top that. Good video and keep them coming

Thanks for the Trout Magnet videos! I've become a big fan of them thanks to you & these videos. Fun to catch small & big fish with them. This summer I couldn't find any trout magnet "hooks" so I bought some heavier weighted hooks & I cut off some of the lead to lighten them - they seem to work just as well - I still put on different colored "grubs" on my modified "wanna be" trout magnet s & they work great. Doing this allows me to use a bigger hook size - works good.

Love it. This has been my set up for creeks and even big rivers for the last 2 years and it’s been a life changer for Catching beasts. Deep holes or eddies or nice currents... it works. And I keep the ez floats in my bag that you introduced to me on other videos and use it when needed and both ways are how I SLAY them!

The key is fishing them as you presented, color can be important but presentation is more important. Good video as always.

You're not kidding that was a big fish. They generally only grow larger in the USA near Salmon farms (where food is abundant). Nice catch! What I use for bait varies with water depth, temperature and clarity as well as the size of the fish where I am fishing. PK Darn it (for me)... I wanted to post a comment on 3D Printing Nerd's channel and it 100% should have been showing as #1 in the watched videos for me, but wasn't. I clicked the most recently watched video expecting it to be "My Process for 3D Printing RESIN" but it showed your video I watched many hours ago last night. But "Bonus": an additional view and double the PK (let it play fully to help support your channel). Zero harm there!

After watching your videos, I purchased a trout magnet kit for my granddaughter, she's only 4 but loves to fish. We used the pink trout magnet under a bobber. I would help her toss it in a small hole and she caught one on her first cast. She caught 3 in 10 minutes. She snagged it and we lost that hook so we tried a red, it took a few casts but she caught her 4th. We switched to the green and white and she finished her limit. When jigging do you use a sinker?

I prefer using a smooth braid Berkley nanofil or the X9 6lb braid for soft plastic fishing, I use a 4-6lb fluorocarbon leader too. I’ve always found with mono or straight fluorocarbon you don’t get a good cast or you’ll loose touch with the lure. Thoughts?
