Hey, I just lost my boy who's been with me for 15 years 3 months ago. I feel you man. I was crying every day and now I cry maybe once a week or month, to the point that he didn't occur to me as I watched this video. I do have another cat though. I don't know the circumstances of your fur baby but I'm happy my boy isn't suffering anymore. this has actually been bothering me since i saw this comment. you have absolutely no idea what schrodingers cat actually is. what do you even mean that its clever because nobody could leave the party??? that has literally nothing to do with schrodingers cat. schrodingers cat is about quantum physics and quantum particles being in two states at once until being observed, where they choose to be one or the other. when a cat is placed into a box with a quantum particle thats tied to something that will kill the cat if the quantum particle chooses one state over another, the cat is both simultaneously dead and alive, until the cat is observed, in which the particle chooses a state in which its in and that decides whether the cat is alive or not. this is just a joke about danny being relieved that the party has a cat, but then he dies (oh no), but then hes alive again.

This is another masterpiece musically. That cheerful synth brass is such a signature trait of Brian's composing and I absolutely love it. This is classic, old school nsp music, with new school audio production and lyrical content. This, my friends, is the perfect blend of modernized and classic. Bravo gentlemen. And a flawless performance all around. I'm also glad that guy who sounds like theoretical physicist Brian Wecht has more spoken parts this again, I love his delivery

I’ve been obsessed with this song, especially how it keeps a groovy party vibe throughout despite the narrative clearly being about the discomfort of the singer. And the way all the audio is layered to be hectic and descend into madness at the end is peak comedy gold. Oddly enough this is the first time I’ve searched up the music video (usually I just listen on Spotify) but I can say that this visual experience really amplified the joy I get out of the song. The lighting and the set looks so good and love how diversified the camera shots are. Just in general such a wonderful work of art
