In terms of leagues and clubs: Argentina > Portugal Euros > copa America Barca > man utd(except 07-09) Barca > real madrid(when cr7 was in Spain, except 2012 and 2018 when neymar left) Barca = juventus(2019-2021) Psg > 2021 man utd Epl > la liga Serie a > ligue 1 Al nassr > inter miami(barely) Saudi league > MLS (currently) As shown, cr7 always had it harder and he's still about 70 goals ahead while being a midfielder or you could say a winger in his first few yrs, which is why he barely scored anything till 2008, it's only his first 2-3 season which is why Messi career goal ratio is better. Btw, cr7 had higher goal ratio than Messi from 2009-2018, and not too far off assist ratio either considering real madrid was the weaker team mostly. Don't talk about match ratings and average ratings stuff, these rating and voting have always been biased towards Messi. Humbled you just like that, muted. Grow up Messi fanboy.

The 'Official Champions League website' puts Messi's Uefa champions league trophies at 4 (you can't subtract 1 because he missed the final) champions league is played over several months... it's a league!
