NSR Fantastic Finds

Spent two mornings on the North Sulfur River. One morning 80 degrees at 630am. Next 59 degrees around the same time. Yes, the cooler day was much better! Found some really cool stuff. Thanks for watching!

Enjoyed going to NSR a lot about 15 to 20 years ago. Have a lot of stuff I found there. Place hasn't changed much. Thanks for the vicaious hunting.

Not bad - I was out this weekend and walked over a mile of gravel with no tracks, surprisingly slim pickings!

1:54 Two 'Rocks' to Right & forward of Bone are *Crinoids* - i believe. : } *5:32** CRINOID!* piece of bone was ON It. I'm seeing them everywhere.

Hey Kelley. Thanks for subscribing. I have done from the Goober Bridge to the Cooper Bridge. Best spot use to be just east of the old park. Sorry can't remember the name of the bridge right now. Just got home from a 6 hour fossil hunt. What are you interested in finding as each section can offer unique fossil?

@@northtexasfossildude Thanks for the response. I am definitely wanting to find some mosasaur bone/vertebrae! I teach human anatomy, so bone would be a great find.

OK, it is rough there now. No rain, heavily picked. Once a decent rain galls east of the new park will be pretty good if you can get there quick. West and east of the 904 Bridge will require more walking but decent chances ther. Now you can find bones on any part of the river but after a gokd rain those will be yhe hot spots.
