I don’t like changes or being unprepared. I often try to see and analyze all the possible outcomes. I feel irresponsible if I don’t think about all the details of a given situation or choice. I also spend more time on the less possible outcomes because they are more complex and difficult to solve. It certainly makes me more anxious and worried. After watching your video I also think that my dad had this superstition that his worry would prevent from something bad happening. He would often say « I don’t want to put high hopes in xyz ». It probably had an impact on my worrying too.

This is very common in excessive worry. Have you had a chance to take a look at my videos on intolerance of uncertainty?

Could it be that the person has undiagnosed ADHD, severe, PTSD( complex one might say if they paid attention) was dealing with huge amounts of crazy trauma energy stuck all over their body, Is being humiliated at work, and then you miss all of that by yawning in their face while drinking your coffee and giving no advice? Or taking in accurate notes and totally missing something getting worse right before your eyes? Great job Doc! 🙏 All hypothetical of course!! This never happened 😎
