That retaining wall looks awesome. I wish they'd have you on some of these model railroad related podcasts. What you've accomplished over the years is really amazing. Very few people can say they've gotten done what you've done. I love some of your older how too videos. People could definitely learn a lot from you.

Fantastic job with the plaster rocks Scott, very realistic. Do like this layout a lot more than the other version, more open and a lot better with the light but still with the great detail on and around the various scenes.

Great update Scott, you definitely inspire me to ditch HO scale for N scale, after my Wife and I moved to our present home I have a 15x10 area in my basement I think I could do justice to a Conrail layout in that space!!!

Those rocks really do look nice 👍 I'm amazed by the length of the liading track of the coal mine, that's fantastic! N scale really helps here, would be hard to dedicate that much space in H0.

Looks amazing, Scott. Fantastic work as always. If anything, I would say the backdrop above the coal mine may need to be painted higher with the ridgeline. No foam, just painted. From your camera view, and knowing the area, it seems that would make the viewer/operator feel even more like they're deep in the gulleys of West (By God) Virginia or Appalachia. With just maybe a hint of sky visible above... Just a thought. Thanks for sharing!
