What if a customer prefers their coffee without any sugar? Will that make the end product bitter/sour? Because I like my coffee without any sugar. Also, aren't the terms americano, latte and cappuccino being used very loosely here, since there's actually no espresso involved? I love my instant coffee but the reason I go to a coffee shop is because I don't have an espresso machine at home, so I find it a little odd to be using espresso based terms for instant coffee.
