Something similar happened to me in 2000. My father sent me to the shop down the road to buy sugar, and as I was used to my father asking me to run errands I thought nothing of it. As soon as I returned my brothers told me they had just watched Bye Bye Bye on TV - at the time we didn’t have cable, so we relied on the few channels we had. I nearly cried that day.

This is one of my favorite commericals. Was glad when my mom called me in to see it. Was really obessed w/ them @ the time (was young then too) and was soo wishing they'd do that where i lived. Kinda funny looking back on it.
