The Obasanjo administration commenced the project. President Goodluck Jonathan's administration continued with it and President Buhari completed it. That is how projects ought to be executed in any progressive society.

Uncle @Ifeanyi Jude Opute pls don't misinform the public. The Obasanjo & Jonathan administrations had funds and didn't do this project like many others they budgeted for but funds disappeared and projects didn't appear. If you have proof of what they did, post.

You very wrong... please investigate properly...kogi- warri started by Buhari about 38 years ago or military rule.he has done it again to complete it..even the Kaduna-Abuja was engineering on paper....after 11 good years.. Current president have to complete and embark on lagos to ibadan which is in use and now kaduna -kano,pH to miaduguri,calarba to Lagos on the way.....God bless the God man...

@@babalolakarunwi8806 Some people have a Buhari problem. No matter what Good thing he does they try to take away from him the credit! I am not a big fan of Buhari regarding certain matters, but I definitely give him credit for the infrastructure building him and his administration have realized. I am pretty sure when he delivers the 2nd Niger bridge as he promised to do in 2022, we are going to deny him the credit, claiming it was started by such and such! Projects on paper or abandoned remain projects or failed projects until they are fully completed, and those who complete abandoned projects, or start and finish projects on paper should get credit for that, no matter if we like or don’t like them.
