@@justbelieve2675 no Ijebu Ode person older than 75 will not know my father. yet I am a muslim, 1st, indeed from heavens before i was born. this is spiritual. my family home is in Ita Alapo, close on the opposite side of the Alatishe's. there you are. my argument is based on Hadith. and Ojude Oba is Islamic based on this Hadith/Sunnah. Paganism should not have been allowed to crept into it. I was just telling Prince Adesanya of Ijebu Ode this morning about the post i made. sure you bit the line.

@@lionabbass I'm also from the tribe, from a senior brother to the town. You need to know how Ijebu found themselves in Nigeria, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona once talked about that and they don't relate to Islamic at all. Islam came to Nigeria in the 1600s and Ijebu has been in existence, trading and spending dollars before that time. They are the only tribe who spent dollars in Nigeria before slavery in the 1800s.
