I PLAYED THIS GAME!!! Sorry for shouting but I played this game as a kid with my dad! I’ve never been a fan of sports games, and I’ll openly admit that I sucked at playing them, too. Never once did I beat my dad in any sport based video game we ever played together. But playing these games together with him was a bright light in an otherwise dark part of both of our lives. So thank you for bringing this game, which holds a very special place in my memories, some modern attention.

This game has a key memory for me. Finding a game where I could 2 foot the ref if I got frustrated. I was already well know between my friends and brothers for spamming slide tackles in pes at the time so finding this game was a match made in heaven.

This looks like such good fun. I never played it but it reminds me of playing I think it was FIFA 2001 with my sister. That game let you dive whenever you wanted and we would have matches where the way to win was get enough of the other person's team sent off that it had to be abandoned.
