Key word here: "Proposes" Not "legislate" I doubt that anything that disadvantages bosses will actually pass

I think more company is offering FWA. I only go to office 3 days a week. Workload the same, just saving on travelling time

Flexi working hours only makes lives better for some whilst causing others to be difficult all at the cost of the company to benefit the country. According to fair employments terms, flexi hours can be implemented with some fair monetary changes made to all

Although I am not an employer, it is rather unfair to the company and those whose job cannot accommodate flexi work hours. So the best is for All employees to be paid according to hours worked in the company and working at home will be at a lower rate as employees salary is based on 191 hours thereabouts before flexi hours was introduced.

Studies have shown that work environment affects productivity. I am unsure if FWA is a good idea. 70% of Singapore’s economy is made up of SMEs and I believe they do not have the luxury of redesigning jobs for those who wants it.

Under the current system, even losing an election can still feel like winning. Winning, on the other hand, comes with penalties - like opposition elected MPs being denied appointment as grassroots advisers
