Congratulations! You did the right thing. Never let evil wins. Keep fighting for justice. I had gone through both state and federal courts for this kind of nasty shit. I spent about 50k to fight my ex and her evil parents. At the end, she ended up going to jail and paying child support. Since the day she and her parents become evils against me, bad things keep happening to them. Her mom got heart congestion and her dad had a heart attack and now is on a stage 4 cancer. The family has also faced many other problems. Evil people will use the law for their own evilness to harm you, but honesty and faith will prevail, and kurma will do its work. Be faithful when you fight for the right things.

Don’t matter what kind of conflict she have with her in laws, a mother have all the right in this law system for custody of her children. Something is missing in this story, she’s not telling the truth. To fight for your children for 9 years that’s something suspicious. You are right too. But I don't understand people said "it doesn't add up her calling the police" At that moment she probably had no choice but to call for help. And importantly, We wont understand her situation unless we in her shoes. Maybe there's too many people pressed charged against her. And she fought alone. Because it happened to me too. I went through almost the same situation as her. We have a normal divorced but my ex in law tried to find any reason n nit nag to take my children away from me. All Because they don't want their son to pay child support! But the in law never can love or care for my children. No matter how good of a mother you are if your husband n his whole family is against you you can't fight the whole pac alone. So I get her when you fought alone against their whole family. @@douamoua7573 I’m sorry you went through that. I mentioned in my other comment that this lady probably snapped bc of all the shit she went through with her in-laws. She did not get any support from anyone not even her parents so she went through hell. It’s sad how the justice system work. She simply just fell through the crack. Her only fault was that she kept staying even though she knew they hated her. Hmong in-laws especially will make your life hell because they are uneducated about child support. Most Hmong men does not believe they need to lose a penny for their children after divorce if they lost custody. I hope things turned out good for you.

But the truth is the truth. Ua neeg zoo thiab ua neeg ncaj yeej zoo tshaj. Eventually the truth will come out. I'm glad is a good out come for her. Because it can very be hard n dark days as a mother when we loose our children to selfish people. Knowing they can't care or love them. Only a good loving mother will knows that feeling. Was once a dark moment for me at one point. But I didn't gave up. I fought n fought for 2 years for my kids especially the oldest that got brain wash by the whole family. Kids know what n where will makes them happy. So eventually she found her wat my back to me. She was longer wanted to stay his family or him anymore. Thankfully I worked for the county and my staff, supervisor program manager, friends n family submitted petitioned. Everything was dropped. But It can be a nightmare if anyone falsely accused of someone n case is generated. Then that individual have to proof their innocence.

Not to offend the lady of this story, but your story doesn't add up on the part of you losing your kids if you were a victim of domestic violence yourself even though your inlaws they fabricated they story like you claim. They had visual scratches, you should also have visual bruises too if you were beaten and almost blacked out. Hmmm…. In conclusion, this woman and her in-laws are all crazy. I have a hard time believing her side of the story because you don’t just get locked up and lose your kids due to false accusations. Everyone in this story is obviously not “all there.”

Agree. I don't think this woman is as innocent as she wants us to believe. However, her in-laws all sound just as crazy. There is A LOT of missing info in the story.

I don't know how old her kids were, but most often, the police would ask the kids if mom really did abuse them. This lady should've won the case if she was really innocent because her in-laws really had no evidence at all to use against her.

It could be too cause I had witnesses a case similar to this one. One of my husbands’s brother do all the cheating and abusing his wife but he set her up and he call cops on her and she got lock up. Her husband, sister and mom brain wash all kids to hate her. She finally got away from the family but she still try to fight for the kids.
