Grandma isn't so perfect either along with the mother, just the mother was worse. Dad knows his other kids are being mistreated but chooses to play ignorant. Looks like karma going all around here. I'm sorry the older kids had a terrible childhood and for the disabled sibling. The older siblings still have not healed if they refuse to engage with the younger siblings.

Your younger siblings are 100% innocent but your 1/2 siblings are wrong to completely act like they don't exist. Yes, when you were a kid, you were ignorant and didn't know better. Your 1/2 siblings should understand that and forgive you because you were a lot younger than them. They are entitled to their resentment of you and your parents, but if they want to be better humans then they need to let it go and forgive. It was a long time ago. If they have a heart, they should check in on your family every now and then, if not for your mom, at least you and your siblings.
