NTU and TUM CREATE develop new multi-purpose electric scooter

Students from Nanyang Technological University and Technische Universität München have invented a new multi-purpose scooter, dubbed "VOI". Combining the flexibility and affordability of a scooter with the safety and comfort of a car, VOI's unique feature is that the passenger sits in front instead of behind the rider. The sleek two-wheeler was recently unveiled at the 3rd Taiwan International Electric Vehicle Show.
