Sir, while your endeavours are great and honest, I fear they might be in vain. Its abundantly plain that Kenya is now a rabid, vile and rude hyaenas' territory. Truth nor justice no longer matter especially with the higher judicial offices. Recently we saw how they were classified in terms of their merchantability.

You don't despise a lawyer for losing a case if you appreciate that in law/disputes the judge agrees with one and disagrees with another. You only despise a lawyer when they make substandard submissions, which Havi's are not. Remember people like PLO/Ahmednasir/Ngatia lost the petition in 2017 just as Orengo/Kilonzo lost in 2013. All these remain great lawyers.

When you cease becoming a person it means you cease being alive meaning you are dead....Wrong, shallow past reference and arguement Mr. Havi....
@erickmutuku37443 жыл бұрын
In his context a person is a civilian, which makes the president a state officer...Therefore, let me be precise, so that you may not end up making such a mistake that is only acceptable in the land of the dead. "The Constitution of Kenya makes several mentions of the terms public officer and state officer. These two terms refer to different people who hold offices in government. Under Article 260 of the Kenyan Constitution, “State”, when used as a noun, means the collectivity of offices, organs and other entities comprising the government of the Republic under the Constitution.Based on Article 260 of the Kenyan Constitution that defines “State office”, the list of state officers in Kenya consists of the- President; Deputy President; Cabinet Secretary; Member of Parliament (Member of the National Assembly, Member of the Senate, Woman County Representative); Judges and Magistrates; member of a commission to which Chapter Fifteen (of the Constitution) applies; holder of an independent office to which Chapter Fifteen applies; member of a county assembly, governor or deputy governor of a county, or other members of the executive committee of a county government; Attorney-General; Director of Public Prosecutions; Secretary to the Cabinet; Principal Secretary; Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces; commander of a service of the Kenya Defence Forces; Director-General of the National Intelligence Service; Inspector-General, and the Deputy Inspectors-General, of the National Police Service; or an office established and designated as a State office by national legislation; “State officer” means a person holding a State office. Therefore, a state officer in Kenya is a public officer, but not all public officers are state officers. Every person who holds a public office in Kenya is a public officer.
