Azaam, you need to recognize that everyone has been bestowed by God for each calling so speakers do tell it out, the leaders IF AWAKE hear it and work with it. SINCE THEY ARE SLUMBERING. Now nothing is done. Lumumba is doing the talk who will start implementing and follow through to success of erandicting corruption in Africa soil.Lord have mercy.Lord bless Africa.

We all should be true and speak from our hearts. This worldly life is just a test, very soon we will all be standing infront of the creator answering questions like, how did you earn your wealth and how did you spent the wealth. Please people take note of this because it is the reality.

TRUE SOUTHERN CAMEROONS: Chinese people know what they want because they have had the same language and culture for hundreds of years. They have mastered themselves. In Africa, every few generations we are given a new foreign language and culture to labor and learn and use to govern our countries, as if our own languages and cultures were not given by God. Yet every people's inspiration lies in their language and culture. China has also started exporting her language and culture to Africa the way Europe did. It is sad!!!!! I wish Africans believed in themselves the way other peoples of the world believe in themselves, so that they can use their own things and stick with them; our languages and cultures, our food and our own way of life.

Kenya has so many primary products especially in the agriculture secctor. Miaize from the Rift-Valley, Tea in Central Kenya, Sugar -Cane in the western and Nyanza area, Fish in the lake Victoria etc.... The Government has destroyed the production of these products through corruption. When will poverty end in Kenya?

no! first there is no "Zaire's Belgium Congo...". Zaire is the name that Mobutu gave to the country called Congo from 1971 until 1997. second, the professor Patrick Lumumba is a Kenyan Citizen third, the Congolese hero's name is Patrice Lumumba (not Patrick)

TRUE SOUTHERN CAMEROON: Africa needs to raise children who will grow up to be dignified. Africans need to go back to using their own tribal cultures. Africa needs to stop comparing their standard of living with that of the Western world. No body but Africans will build Africa. If we we all the ones who are smart have to stay overseas because they are making more money overseas, Africa will never change.

You talk so well professor but many Kenyans, myself included, know that you were the head of anti-corruption body in Kenya and you did nothing to be proud of at all. We salute a few genuine and patriotic Kenyans like John Githongo who headed the same anti-corruption body and stood firm against the corrupt cartels. You did nothing apart from speaking good English. No single serious thief went to jail during your tenure, no serious policy or institutional framework was put in place to fight corruption. You kept on talking and talking. Talking about "no single stone (omena or mbuta) would be left unturned." Finally, you talked your way out of the office, leaving all stones intact, and you are still talking to Kenyans about fighting corruption. Haki Kenyans are funny.

Did you know that he left office because he was kicked out by our no more than a high school graduate leadership intelligence? That, no sooner did he start to go for your indeared and corrupt mps , that they decide to fire him by all parties in parliament? The MPs later on , unashamedly confessed that they gave him the job because they thought he only spoke good English, but he started "abusing his power"...

PLO, what about political corruption? How can we fight corruption when there are "good lawyers" who represent the thieves because the latter would pay well (with the same money they stole). I lost respect for PLO when he miserably stood to argue for political corruption.

Aache kizungu mingi. Let him tell us what he did to fight corruption when he headed th Anti-corruption Commission. Let's be practical, basic and simple but above all we should take our responsibilities seriously, especially the learned lot. Deeds and not words alone is necessary if we are to take our beloved country forward.
