The problem with Uganda the colonial rule and there needs to be change of power so that the Armed Force of both interior and Defense to be refurbished. Death sentences for person who are loyal with irresponsibility cases if guilty be relieved or dismissed from service without benefits or something. It kills the desires to serve and irresponsibilities
