Minister Otafiire :Enforce the law, do not break it

Abbas Byakagaba and James Ocaya have officially assumed their roles as Inspector General of Police and Deputy Inspector General of Police respectively, in a ceremony at the Police Headquarters in Naguru. Internal Affairs Ministers General Kahinda Otafiire and General David Muhoozi presided at the event. Otafiire emphasized the importance of upholding the law, urging the new leaders to prevent their officers from engaging in illegal activities, including harassing and assaulting members of the opposition.
