The results that i've noticed from mine are : My lip corners are more upturned and my lips turned pinkish. I have really pale lips and tried quite a few red/pink lips subliminals but it did not work so i was really impressed when i noticed the change in colour of my lips. My eyes are rounder and I looked more youthful. My expressions are also softer and not that tensed. My laughter used to sound like a man and i hate how i smile and laugh. It just felt cringey to me. Now i looked beautiful when i smile...you know, that eye smile kinda effect. My smile does not look forced but natural :) My pitch has also increase quite a lot and my voice is smoother. So I've been using this for four or five days so far: First, I've either had a great connection with or become friends with most of the people I've wanted to. I think it's because the part of this subliminal I was most interested was the manifest friends part. Along with that, I find I'm much, much better at being mega friendly and chill around strangers so I'm making more friends that way too. It's only come this naturally after using this video. Second, I haven't seen any solid physical changes but I feel cuter and more confident in general. I'll keep updating as I see changes. I listen as much as I can as per the instructions, along with a booster twice or thrice per day. So that's once in the morning on the bus, second in the way home, I'll listen when I have homework so 0-6 times, then at night again for 0-6 times. If I didn't listen with my hw I'll listen at night and vice versa. 3 week update: I'm very much more emotional , my heart is easily touched, and I'm so much better at making friends than I used to be. I'm also more determined to do well in school, but if I'm being honest, my grades themselves haven't changed. Physically, there's not much of a change. I'm a little disappointed, but I'm trying to stay optimistic. However, my skin is a bit paler and rosier, I like it. Final update: I've used this for a bit over a month now, and I'm happy now so I think I'm going to move on. Physically, when I wake up I look much better with even skin and brighter eyes instead of how I used to wake up with crusty eyes and an oily t zone. My smile is also much better and I'm more photogenic, it's like my physical appearance hasn't changed drastically but I like myself more now and I feel I look more attractive. Personality wise, I'm much more conscious of other's emotions and I'm so, so much more happy and positive, whereas before I was dead in school all day and had a hard time even paying attention or making eye contact sometimes. I'm so, so much more confident and comfortable too. Overall, I'm the same person, but a better version, which is what I wanted. If I listened longer, maybe I would've gotten more results. So i have been using this since sunday (29.04.2018) and i will just post updates here. And please remind me to update if i forget it. :3 Day 1: i felt tingeling in my face and it felt like my thighs were burning. I also drank a lot of water, more than usual. Ever since I started listening to subliminals my skin has cleared up a lot, my boyfriend randomly said the other day that my acne is going away and my skin is glowing... I didn't change anything else, still using the same skincare products as always. My skin also looks lighter (I have pale skin naturally but I tanned in the past because people made fun of me but now I want my pale skin back) I listen to this plus other subliminals and boosters. I'm going to start updating this like others have! I've been listening to this for two days now. Day 2 (August 23, 2018): My face/body has undergone a different undertone in my skin color. I used to have a yellow-neutral undertone and now my skin is a pink-neutral undertone! And it might just be me, but I've started acting a tiny bit nicer and my eyes look a tiny, tiny, TINY bit rounder and bigger. Again, that just might be my imagination though. Day 3 (August 24, 2018): My eyes definitely look a tiny bit more big and round now! And the color of my eyes seems to be brighter and more apparent. My lips are more pink and my top-lip is a little bit heart-shaped. And I don't know how to explain it, but I feel a little bit... cute, I guess? I feel like I just look cute. But no other changes so far, except that my hair is a little more bouncy than usual. But that just might be my shampoo and conditioner. Day 4 (August 25, 2018): My lips are definitely way rosier and more heart-shaped and plump than they were before listening to this. And my mom even complimented me today and said I looked beautiful! But no other new changes so far. Day 17 (September 7, 2018): I kinda stopped listening to this daily (I was trying out other subliminals) but yesterday I noticed that my chin looks a little bit better. Like a tiny bit smaller and cuter (in my opinion). I also noticed that when I get embarrassed or frustrated my cheeks turn red-ish and my face gets flushed. That's never happened before listening to this! I kinda like it though.

Okay so I’m Christian, and don’t believe in these but a lot of people say they work so why not try it out. I’ll post my updates & progression! I just realised that the comments I'm reading are all from year or 2 ago. And some people didn't finish their updates which makes me sad 'cus I'm curious. ;.; I'm doing a 31 day challenge where I'll be using nuance's subs and after the month's over I'll update to tell you guys if I've gotten results.
