its done for transparency effect because shes a ghost tho, if it were fully white you cant see much detail even if blue shading was used i think

1. I believe her ghost form is supposed to match her mirror form which is blue. And if it was all white you wouldn't see much details. 2. If she was transparent and less bright she would be hard to see for some. Besides most artwork for ghosts either uses a dark grey for shadow or blue bc it matches well
