you are like a mind reader. I wanted to know how the Newport NK300 run on the u10 and you just did it. So now I was thinking about how hard it is to flip now you did it again. You answer my questions before I even think them lol. Great videos

thank you John, I think next on my U10 adventure is FISHING! well catching FISH haha, I may test Bixpy but I think it is underpowered for it.

Pretty amazing Aliex. Seems rock solid. I still want the big unlimited for certain reasons but this version is awesome as well.

Thank you Aliex! For doing the u10 flip test. Its definitely stable. Im on the fence now between the U10 & Titan X 10.5. I like the blank canvas of the U10, the price, the stability, good for river, lakes, ponds, The ability to install the pod or a jump seat in the front. Which would give room for storage while fishing or the ability to take my grandson out on the water with us. But the nucanoe’s exposed belt on the pedal drive and the over all design of the pedal drive has me a little skeptical of the longevity of the drive. The Titian X looks like a well laid out design. It checks all the boxes when it comes to the features I want. But the rudder design not flipping out of the water appears it’d get damaged quickly in shallow water and rivers. Maybe the rudder can quickly be removed for shallow water river fishing?

I wouldn't worry about the titan rudder, that's soft plastic it should bend if it hits something, also very easy to replace and not very expensive. Sounds to me like you prefer a drive, if that is the case the titan wins hands down, easy, not even a challenge, if you gonna motor and don't care about drive u10 all day.

Aliex,that boat isn't flipping. Maybe 3ft waves, and a motor going, loaded with gear. But a normal day like that, fully loaded, you'll fall off first, like you kept doing. And non of us are going to do all that. Maybe reaching over, to net or release a fish. But I'd kneel on the deck. Imagine how stable the 12ft is. Awesome on water testing!! 💯 🛶 🌊

yup normal fishing days, not flipping, for a normal person

U10/ Unlimited vs the Bonafide Pwr 129 for stability? (especially secondary stability).
@AliexFolgueiraАй бұрын
It feels too me like the pet 129 is more stable, being longer helps, but kinda splitting hairs

I've got a 2 inch seat lift and no real difference in how stable the boat feels.
@AliexFolgueira3 ай бұрын
I agreed, it can handle that lift! enjoy

@AliexFolgueira 😆 me too Alex. I was watching Wendell's podcast with Bearded Paddler last night about bad kayaks . I told him Alex needs to be on the podcast again. I picked a Yakattack bunkster cart like yours. It's awesome!

Still waiting on the "Does it flip Kaku Zulu Edition."
@AliexFolgueira3 ай бұрын
Planning a flipping test, me and Andres, flip both teh voodoo and zulu, I think it will be a lot easier to flip than the U10, because the kakus are more like paddleboard like yes you can stand up and jump and never flip if you pay attention, but if you roll a bit, it wont hold you, we will test it.

It doesn't look easy to flip, if you're experienced on the water I see no problems.
