Thought at first glance that this build was going be a slog trying to balance stats, turned out you ended up like a mutated Ripley from Aliens on nuclear steroids by the end lol

I think you should have avoided increasing your luck, since that gives you a higher chance of finding duplicates of the low level items you pick up in the first 4-5 waves. If I understand this right that would have significantly increased your %damage instead of reducing it so much

does the negativ dmg interact with -% for piercing? (do bullets gain dmg by piercing?)

Guess this will be nice with the item that makes you lose dmg whenever you take dmg and one of the items that hurt you every second. Blood Donation, Bloody Hand etc.
