Nuclear Option's April Fools got out of hand...

The April Fools update dropped on Nuclear Option, and while mostly a massive bait, it did add one thing - nuclear rockets. For a game already full of nukes, you'd think that wouldn't make much of a difference, right? Quite the opposite, the monke mode was immeasurable. Let me show you just how ridiculous April Fools Day got. Sorry again for webcam mic.

i don't believe vr-interactive controls are planned BUT vr support is planned for the future, its only in a conceptual stage right now but there are concrete plans for its' addition

the smoke effects are quite taxing on your system, especially if you fly through the mushroom clouds. however from afar there is no noticeable effect, even with 32 nukes.

what you see is what I got, didn't experience any lag outside of the clearly labeled "THE FRAMES" section. With a decent PC, even something as seemingly gameshattering as that isnt bad at all in this game like vincent said, the only real lag experienced was being in close proximity to mushroom cloud clusters

It's an unguided rocket iirc, just detonates when the motor burns out.

the Genie was on a 12 second timed detonation and fully unguided, and would do nothing if it impacted anything directly, so the challenge was deciding when (and at what angle) to shoot it so that timer ended exactly as the missile was over the airbase. with enough people, that margin of error was quickly moot as SOMEONE would get it right 😂 (i was late on attack 1 but great timing on attack 2)
