Yes,this IS quite true! General Butler stated that U.S.troops should Only be used to defend the borders of the U.S.Not to invade other countries to use the military for corporate interests,to make money,provide more power for those corporate entities. Gen.Butler's book," War is a Racket," states that in plain black and white terms!

I'm surprised Kuznick went so sensationally anti-Trump in the beginning. He sounds like the same people painting George W Bush as an idiot. Kuznick I'm sure knows well that a President can't just order a nuclear strike on a whim. Not sure why he'd suggest otherwise.
