I recently had the pleasure to meet these dudes after one of their shows. I coudnt attend the concert, so they were kind enough to take their time after the show so I could at least chat with them for a bit. They are really nice, funny and down to earth dudes who make really powerful and emotional music. I am really grateful for this experience. Cheers guys and enjoy the rest of the tour!

Boy howdy is it a long time ago I last listened to this band. It's weird seeing Celeste landing on as big a label as Nuclear Blast but I am relieved they've kept the same high level of quality since 10 years ago when I first discovered them. I still think this has too clean a production for this type of music, however there is nothing wrong with the songwriting or the performances at all.

@@MortAuPat in contrast with the dissonance, oppressiveness and obscurity of the past, the mood seems much more in the direction of melancholy and sadness as you say, but it lacks the grip of the past..Infidele(s) was already leaning a bit in this direction ("À la gloire du néant", "[I]" ?!) but still within the "old" Celeste..guitars here are "open" already at the beginning of the track, but the real disappointment comes from 2:30 and in the final of the track, with that really post-rocky, stale melody...don't know if we should consider one track representative but since they have selected it, I take it as a sample of the mood of the album and I really don't "feel it"
