Do they have a special factory in Finland somewhere that crafts these singers specifically for the rock market? Unbelievably beautiful women with voices that could double as sonic weapons in case of alien invasion. There's far too many of them for it to be a coincidence or just good genetics. I think they're building them to order. It's the only explanation that makes sense.

@farming4g5 жыл бұрын
One of the main founders of Battle Beast (Anton Kabanen) was supposedly forced out of the band. Anton was in charge of majority of the aspects and it didn't sit well with other members. Henceforth, Beast in Black was formed and Battle Beast went on their own way. I can see why they like to bash on Battle Beast a bit, but doesn't mean their music is not good. I liked Bringer of Pain, thought it was a fresh album instead of the same thing... maybe not this album, but wouldn't be surprised down the line for future albums if they get back into some heavier aspects again. I think people want to see their name changed to something else, as they don't have that "battle" or "beast" title anymore. Albums don't have to be all insane, emotion and lyrics play a big role.... Who knows how well Noora's or even Yannis' (Beast in Black) voice will hold up long-term... they both put forth insane vocal capabilities... not unheard of to have vocal injuries.
@louisfriedrich72855 жыл бұрын
I don't like the split. I think both sides have gone downhill since then. BiB is not as strong as old BB and new BB is a lot weaker than both old BB and BiB. So no IMO it was absolutely not a good thing.

Its funny because I heard them as the opening act to a Kamelot featuring Delain concert in April last year. I'm not sure what happened, but live, they sounded muddy to me and I couldn't figure out if it was the venue (I have my doubts, though, because both Kamelot and Delain were amazing) or if they just didn't play well that night for some reason because they have good music! I really enjoyed this song. Yes, it does lack the "grit" portion of what Battle Beast is known for. However, I think this is exceptional due to the fact that it is showing us that Nora can pull off any vocal style. The song is super catchy and while it maybe pretty bare bones basic, the instrumentation is orchestrated well!
@rubberduck88675 жыл бұрын
Problem for me is this feels like it should have been a side project by the band, rather than falling into the BB catalog. Nothing wrong with change and experimenting but this really has nothing of what makes BB BB, it's crossed that line. It's not a bad song in itself but it doesn't feel right being thrown into the BB catalogue.
@BarbaricAvatar5 жыл бұрын
The trouble is, any female singer can sing like this. But very few can sing the way Noora usually does. It doesn't make sense that the band isn't exploiting her vocal advantage. The song's good it just doesn't sound like Battle Beast.

In the new system, all term/name/compliment (and unsuitable item) misuse is to be banned -- humans cannot misuse words that are or start with/include/end in a fruit/food/flower related word or a compliment/number/light related term or a season/color/nature related term or a big/astral/gemstone term or names of months/days of week etc or any other terms that reflect that which is above/of power/absolute/supreme/precious etc in their name...

I am The Heavenly Being / Eden etc the one this song and many others are about -- the oId man running the agency that made all these industries made almost all lyrics/movies/videos etc about me...

The agency ClA has the power and they decide all about these industries and they select & create all celebs -- the oId man that runs the agency made everything about me and The New World...

What most don't know is, that this world is a miniature world created as a 'test' that's within another world that we call The Outside -- the creator of this world realised the fact that he shouldn't have created this beyond wrong world, and he shows signs to those who have been chosen by giving them info and ideas via dreams, and the oId man has received many of those transmissions/visions and important info about me The God / The Goddess and The Oceanborn and The Spark / The Radiant Being / The Star(s) etc, myself being The Queen / Princess / Lady etc and The Eve / Eva aka the metaphorical beginning and the literal end, so he probably knew since his body was young that the world creator would put my essence here in this world at the end of the 20tn century, which is probably why the oId man created all those Disney stories with characters that reflect me, and, he's been trying to 'prepare' the world for the day the system is changed by including secret references to me & the pure men who protect me (the alphas) and to the new system in most lyrics/movies/videos etc...

As I do miss the old Battle Beast, I have a HUGE appreciation for the current Battle Beast. After listening to this Album again and again....i just cant get enough, a lot of simple and solid tracks that did taste different flavors of their sound, while other tracks keeping the power and intensity of others. This is a wonderful album!!!! Cheers from America!

Could be an Anette-era Nightwish or Dark Element song. But still great. Noora's vocals are so powerful and versatile!

I actually really love the way Battle Beast is trying new stuff and becoming more diverse. Even though they're very different from Anton's Battle Beast, I don't mind. I'm just really happy we've got Battle Beast as well as Beast in Black.

I prefer them separate to be honest.

I think the word "diverse" is overused nowdays.

Yeah if you complement all their work (including pop-py tracks like this), they will think thats what the fans like. You and I both know their heavier songs are better.
@lunatick97925 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't say that if I didn't mean it. As long as I enjoy the music I don't care if it's heavy or not. But that's just my opinion.
