1. Operation time was limited in the beginning thus many entered North Korea without heavy supplies or weapons 2. Their logistic lines were constant bombed thus it was slow bringing in these clothing in the beginning. They got better clothing in winters of 1951-1952. 3. They were well disciplined and orderly and would not abandon their posts even under extreme condition
