Captain Zimmerman interviews two men of the 3rd Infantry Regiment at Fort Myer, Virginia, who are veterans of the Korean fighting -- Warrant Officer Samuel Puterbaugh of Dayton, Ohio and Private First Class James Vines of Odd, West Virginia. Both men served with the 1st Cavalry Division in Korea. Mr. Puterbaugh wears the Combat Infantry Badge, the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. Private First Class Vines wears the Combat Infantry Badge as well as the Bronze Star and the Presidential Unit Citation.
