This album strikes me as being rather unique in the way it integrates elements from psychedelic and progressive rock. This whole record is ridiculous. Not only is the musicianship world class, but the production and engineering is outstanding. Aside from the Horns being a bit too hot for my ears the mix is really good too. 20:47 that’s the sound right there Rhodes & Phaser.. fucking gorgeous! And the Bass! Goddamn that’s some muscle. You can’t get that going direct, that’s the sound of a speaker jumpin out of a cabinet. 22:39 that transition into the next section I had to listen to a couple times... unbelievable! Interesting timing on that beat too how they cut off half a beat on the second measure and start over on the and of 4. And then the solo section that follows, they’re communicating on a level that is far beyond normal comprehension. Some bad dudes right here, easily the best Jazz Fusion band Britain has ever produced.

I have two of their albums on vinyl that I acquired by chance....after listening to those two and this one, this one is by far the funkiest one of the 3, they're all excellent albums in their own right though
