22 year old female here, no pre existing health issues. Triple vaxxed + one booster. I got covid back in end of August 2022. Was bed ridden for 3-4 days, horrible aches and chills could barely walk, IT WAS HELL, every symptom you could name I had it. On day 4 of it a I broke out in a hive like rash. Emerge said my body was having trouble fighting the virus. Was perscribed Pulmicort at emerge, definitely helped with breathing and to clear my lungs. Fully recovered after a week and a half and finally got my taste and smell back then aswell. Not sure if I have any lasting effects from it, but goes to show even a healthy young person isn’t safe from it. Pray for those who contract this deadly virus 🙏

I have passed through the Wuhan corona variant at 2020, and also got the Delta at the end of October last year. I wouldn't get it, but after my mother got sick, i decided to risk my life and carry on her at home. I spent a week in the house but her condition became worse and she ended in the emergency room. Outside i had time to tell her that everything will be alright, but...it wasn't. At November 11th 2021 i got a call from the hospital that she is gone and i will never see her again. I couldn't tell her so many things... I survived, but i miss her so much and think about her and that nightmare every single day. Whoever read this - i wish you all only health - the most important thing in the world!

gargle. I used a few drops of oregano oil in water. Don't swallow. Swish it around then spit it out. Do this twice a day to keep the growth out of your throat to protect your lungs. I also found that a negative ion generator was helpful and careful control of the humidity. Keep around 40%. Eat potato soup or clam chowder. Take lots of Vit C and 100mg Vit D per day. You won't feel too sick in the beginning, but it starts to get you. Its good to have a pulse-oximeter and remember to breathe a little extra air if you feel dizzy or low on energy. Force yourself to breathe. Go out and sit in the sun. Don't exert yourself too much. Chill. Think. Read. Put on cloth gloves when touching objects in the house. Clean the gloves frequently. Don't eat with ANYONE. I found that would often sneeze when eating. Good luck.

I’ve recently recovered from COVID, wasn’t fun, but the best things I could do to myself was to ensure I had given my body all the needed tools to fight it. Here’s my list of things that helped big time! 1. Drink plenty of water!!! Important!!! 2. Vitamin D! (If you’re isolating indoors) 3. Zinc! And other vitamins! 4. Quercetin! 5. Electrolyte water tablets 6. EAT!! (Hard without an appetite) 7. Probiotics! (Helps with lungs) I live alone as a student studying halfway across the world, it isn’t easy but I’m glad I pulled through, not everyone unfortunately could, may they rest easy. I hope this helps, best of luck, stay strong! 💪❤️

My considerable internet research has finally paid off and recognized with extremely good facts to exchange with my friends and the world. Medical Doctors and Dermatologists said (HSV 1&2, Herpes zosters) do not have a medical cure because the virus is capable of hiding within the human cells. it remains protected from your immune system. Herpes isn't an incurable virus! your immune system has the tools to fight it back. But because it is able to lay dormant in protected cells, your immune system is unable to remove it from your body, But with strong reactive herbal medication, it is capable of getting rid of the virus gradually and totally from your body without any side effects, natural herbs kill the virus totally not just reducing the outbreaks. I just got my test result today after 7 days of using the herbal Medication and it came out Negative to both HSV 1&2.im so delighted I recommend this to anyone suffering from herpes virus. You can get natural Herbal Medication from Dr. Aloha contact him through his email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1(202)871-3222.

I think it will. Yes there are lots of deaths from the virus but there are also way more people with mild conditions and they have recovered or in the process of recovering. This outbreak happened during a time we are vulnerable. It's cold outside. We're indoors a lot not getting sunlight. The flu and cold are big this time of year. I'm not saying to take the virus lightly though. By all means keep yourself healthy so your older family members are safe.

This is a message to the people with the mentality of: "I'm young and healthy, it'll just be like a cold or flu for me!" The following is my experience: I'm 25, extremely fit, have a good diet and have never smoked. COVID-19 made me the most ill I've ever been in my life. I was exposed to the virus because both of my parents work in frontline roles in ICU in the NHS here in the UK. They unfortunately caught it and brought it home. My breathing felt like someone was holding a wet cloth over my face and I had a 'wheeze'. I also had the most violent fever I've ever had, sweating absolute buckets in the night and overheating. I've never ached like that either, I could feel it in my bones; my back, groin, neck coupled with a cluster headache which lasted for 2 days (the headache could be specific to me because I struggle with sinusitis anyway). I also completely lost my sense of smell, and my taste was significantly worse, (neither of which recovered completely.) I also slept for about 16-18 hours a day. My lungs are still not back to 100%, (I had the virus roughly a month ago) and am still significantly more tired than usual. Just stay indoors. If everyone stays in, this thing dies.
@IvanoMercuri
@IvanoMercuri 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Connor, I hope you will recover at 100%. I agree we must stay at home in order to control this pandemic, but also there is something not quite right in your story: unfortunately there are cases when young people contract this damned virus and then develop a serious respiratory syndrome... but those people are rare, because the majority of people ( 80% according to WHO ) who get the virus heal with mild to none symptoms at all! I'm not trying to underrate your situation at all, rather to let other people to know that everyone is different. You had a terrible outcome, others had mild symptoms. But still in order to protect everyone, we must stay at home, no matter what. I hope you will understand my comment and again take care :)
@Connor_JR
@Connor_JR 4 жыл бұрын
@@IvanoMercuri Mild by the WHO designation simply means anyone who does not need supplementary oxygen to avoid hypoxia. That's it. It's important to understand what 'mild' means in this setting, and not what it means more generally. 80% of people who contracted COVID-19 have not needed to be placed on oxygen to avoid brain damage. It DOES NOT mean that 80% of people simply experienced common cold or flu symptoms.

Can someone explain to a layperson such as myself why a ventilator (machine that pushes air into a persons lungs) is a good idea for lungs which are filled with fluid? Am I missing something?
@EternalShadow1667
@EternalShadow1667 2 жыл бұрын
Yep, you’re missing the capillaries. The fluid that fills the alveoli comes from the capillaries-mechanical ventilation increases alveolar pressure to force some of that fluid back. This allows for increased gas exchange to occur. More complex explanation: It’s all down to the lymphatic system, the drainage for tissue fluid. Because, unlike the comparison often used, your alveoli are really not like balloons. They’re connected to the bloodstream, covered in a thin coating of fluid (surfactant) and are connected to the lymphatic (drainage) system. By increasing the pressure of the alveoli, some tissue fluid is forced into the lymphatic system and also towards the lung interstitium. Your lung interstitium is a collection of tissues surrounding the alveoli, which support them. The process is not clear cut and pretty complicated. It can also damage your lungs and result in complications, which is why nobody really wants to be on a ventilator.
