Currently recovering from an Appendectomy as I write this. Had mine removed Christmas eve 2024. They had me waiting in the emergency room for 12 hours before I was seen by a doctor. Once the doctor had seen me and realized my stomach pain was appendicitis it was all systems go. I was in the operating theater just over an hour later. I'm very grateful of the medical professionals who are able to save lives on the daily. If mine had erupted I may not be here to tell the tale.
