What is the cost of the XR35 block compared to the Nudura ICF Series blocks? Percentage wise, how much more are the XR35 blocks compared to the ICF series blocks? Thanks!

What happens in case of fire?has anybody thought about end of life - cost of demolition and recycling of all that styrofoam?or it's going to end up in the Pacific Ocean chocking whales and fish anyway.🤔

The foam is covered with non combustible material on both sides, so fire is not an issue. You would be an absolute fool to demolish a passive house. These are minimum 100 year homes.
