Between losing by 50 in game 6,& THIS EVEN WORSE collapse tonight-most embarrassing gag by a defending champ ever. And the West will only get better.OKC will add size,& the experience of their 1st playoff run will do wonders for them,Edward's will only get better with Minny-as will Sacramento,Memphis with Ja,& Houston. More than 1 thing can be true at same time-Minny deserves full credit & was the better team. Losing in 7 to them is not a bit shameful but HOW you lost game 6,& tonight was disgraceful. Avs deserve nothing but admiration. Fought like hell-despite rotten luck with the Landeskog situation,Nichuskin never ending sage,& Trenin getting hurt. They just fell short vs a better team...especially after losing their most versatile & arguably toughest guy to replace to self inflicted nonsense AGAIN-30 minutes before game 4. So much out of their control that they couldve never forseen. Nuggets have no such excuses/reasons,& embarrassed themselves,& the entire city/fan base. I wasn't 1 bit upset with the Avs...I'm embarrassed to call myself a Nuggets fan right now-at least short term.We will always have last yr,& this will pass. And with Jokic/Murray-youll have a shot for awhile. But teams like OKC,& Minny just have way higher ceilings as presently constructed. They will get better just with experience-Nuggets won't. I'd rather they lost by 50 again tonight-than that shameful 2nd half-what an absolute joke. Too bad Denver didn't get a WNBA team we could've put out there in the 4th qtr. We looked like fraud Champions,& while its regular season award-Jokic winning MVP again kinda feels like a punch line right now. Granted he was exhausted & MPJ,AG,& KCP totally no showing...plus a garbage bench all year- (still very young-but Peyton Watson has thus far been a massive waste of imense talent)are far bigger culprits why you collapsed.
