I used to be an employee at the Michigan Nuka Cola factory. I was the manager for the top floor. We used to manufacture the Nuka Cola Quantum. From free samples our pee turned blue and we had a blast! We still make Nuka Cola at the factory but for some reason can't pee anymore or drink the cola. The cola tastes weird now, upper management doesn't send instructions but efficiency is at an all time high! Only problem is that my secretary went feral for some reason. Might be something in the water!

Likely because the game company did not want to deal with licensing issues, Especially because of how the company acts in the setting. Coca-Cola or Pepsi would want to maintain a certain brand image so all the crazy and overtly amoral actions by Nuka would never be allowed by Coke or Pepsi.* *I am not saying either RL corporation has not done shady shit, more that when you license a brand they do not want you to show them doing abhorrently shady shit.

Wait Nuka Cola came out in 2044? So it was only a 33 year old company by the Great War, wow they grew exponentially when you think about all they achieved pre-war as a company.
