I don’t know what Fallout is, but to find a recipe for Cola is really cool because usually it’s kept secret! I always knew I tasted lemon and cinnamon in Cola! So, when it’s time to drink this, do you just add this syrup to sparkling water?

It’s brown sugar that’s heated in a stockpot until it’s carmalized then hot water is added to make the syrup. Some use molasses instead of brown sugar. I just buy it at the store

I ended up using molasses in mine, it tastes pretty good, I don’t know if it changed the taste in any way or not.

The whyteElephant is quite an interesting name. Putting my conspiracy hat and imagination to work, I presume this gentleman was in the army and the enemies gave him the name of the White Elephant because he trampled them and put the fear of God in them.
