5:15 what's crazy about that whole Melody situation, I remember there were several times growing up where I'd be off playing with my little brother and our friends, and as clear as day I hear my mom say my name, only to run home and discover she's still at work and it's just me and my brother home after school. My parents usually got home about an hour or two after me and my brother, and we'd hang out at our neighbor's house with the neighbors' kids who we went to school with until our parents got home. I'm sure it was just the adults way of comforting us, my friends mom told us that it's just Angels letting us know they're watching over us because I would get freaked out by it.

In the urban explorer one, you can tell that the "feet" is just the shadow of the curtain. From his position he's creating two sources of light, one from his flashlight and the other from the mirror. You can vaguely see the same shadows throughout his visit in that room, but it's just more pronounced when viewing it in the mirror. Crazy spooky effect! You can tell it's a shadow when you slow the video down and see it more clearly as he moves the mirror.

Or it could also be a prank played on them by a friend or family member who got someone that they wouldn't recognize to go up the ladder. If someone close them knew they were ghost hunting they could have seen that as an oppurtunity to mess with them. I could see myself doing that exact thing if someone I knew was ghost hunting and I had the means. I play pranks on friends and family from time to time.

Well, I suppose someone out of frame (to the right of the camera) could be holding onto something and pulling the chick off the bed and yanking the guy backward as if he'd been pushed. It was pretty believable until the push part and now I'm not sure. I'm so jaded by staged content that I have a hard time getting on board with these types of clips despite personally believing in the paranormal.

24:25 when you mention the feet under the curtains in the reflection of the mirror, it's actually just the shadow of the bottom part of the curtain. You can see that it is the shape curved shape as the curtains and it's merely the light on the camera being reflected through the mirror and casting a shadow of the curtain onto the floor. It's the same as when he turns back around faces the curtains, you can notice the shadow of the curtain on the ground but it is not as elongated as it was when he was pointing at the mirror.

The closest thing to paranormal that's happened to me is something that's happened twice so far. I see the shadow of a guy walking past my apartment window outside, so I look up... And then I remember I'm on the third floor. Pretty easily explainable (probably a car's headlights casting someone's shadow up at just the right angle, or some other weird physics thing) but creepy, nonetheless. Especially since it's only happened twice and lasted for one or two seconds. A close relative of mine, however, has far more of a doozy to tell. She says she woke up to something strange one night (maybe a light flashing or a sound, I can't remember) and peeked through the blinds to see a dude, kinda short, dressed in in a black t-shirt walking into the woods behind her house. Flash forward a few weeks, and she's pretty much forgotten about the incident, and she wakes up to see a shadowy outline of a guy standing at the entrance to her hallway. He's positioned right behind a decorative tree she has in the dining room, and she can see the clear outline of his body. No details about his clothing, I don't think--it was completely dark inside. She sat up slowly, and the guy still stood there, unlike those weird things you see at night that go away whenever you look at them. I can't remember when she said he finally vanished--I think after she worked up the courage to get up and walk that way. There was absolutely nothing behind the tree--not even a cliche stack of clothes on a chair. Keep in mind, she's NEVER experienced anything like this, and she's about as superstitious as Steven Hawking when it comes to ghosts and stuff like that. Well... when she told me about it, I asked her if his head reached above the decorative tree, and she said no--the top of his head was about level with the top of the tree. It's a fairly short tree, meaning this figure would've had to been fairly short too...a detail that she hadn't even considered before I mentioned it. So it's not like her brain was filling in the dark space with "short man in a black t-shirt" because she saw a druggy or something wandering around outside a month ago and was subconsciously afraid of him. No, it's like the two figures appeared similar because they WERE THE SAME FIGURE. She hasn't seen him since, thank goodness. Although now that I type this, it kinda makes me wonder who could be walking by my window... Oh well, since I'm on the third floor, at least I know he isn't short lol.

11:08 those are beavers noises lol, i work at a nature center and i'm familiar with those calls. (Search beaver noises on youtube, it sounds exactly the same.) It sounded like there were two beavers in the video, one was calling in the distance and the last sound is another one replying. The second one was probably inside of the beaver lodge (that massive pile of sticks) that was right in front of them, which is why it sounded much closer.

I had a paranormal experience yesterday, I was helping my dad renovate my recently deceased grandfather's house, and while on the main floor, I heard a noise that sounded like a male voice saying "oh no" and when I told my dad about it, he said he heard the same noise a week before. It could just be old house noises because the house is 106 years old and my grandma passed away in the house 4 years ago. The noise was too human though and caused me to stop and look because it sounded like it was coming from the other room. But I was the only one to hear it even though there were 2 other people in the house.
