Javier had the right idea I remember my Mexican grandmother telling me a story about the devil using a child’s cry to lure people in and it definitely scared me. Using a baby cry would definitely have some people running to rescue I couldn’t imagine when you finally find the source of the crying and seeing a devil/demon just staring at you.
@kristinaflint7837 Жыл бұрын
It may not be the devil or a demon technically but there are beings that do such as lures for sure. Some other creatures like skin walkers and wendigos and the unnamed thing in the Appilicaian mountains near me do this. Sometimes, the farther away they sound, the closer they actually are which is even more terrifying. They can mimic the voices of their past victims or sound like voices you know to try and get you to approach. Never interact with such things. Act like you don't know they are there and leave. And *never* open a door for them or whistle at night for that draws then in

Stalked by a weirdo? More like some weirdo turns up in your camping/chill out spot and starts talking to himself and playing with his car lights or you hear a strange warbling sound and discover it is a bloke on his own throat singing to a camera. Who in these scenarios is the weirdo? Edit to say... At 16:50 we have a perfect and succinct example of how easy it is to discount such nonsense. That mongolian throat singing video is by far one of the best cryptid sightings captured on camera, probably ever. I've seen them with such clarity. If the guy had noticed them and ran towards them would've been the only other possible best case scenario...assuming he's armed of course.
@susi-emily2 жыл бұрын
What is it about them that made you think they were something other than just two people out for a walk in the woods? Unless I've missed something obvious, all I see is two people walking in the background, the second of whom backtracks a little way to have a look at the man doing the weird singing.

@cupcakefox50262 жыл бұрын
A similar vid circulated of a toddler/baby near a mirror whose reflection did not match his movements. The belief is that the baby appeared to the camera to be moving side to side, but was actually moving closer and further away from the mirror, making the reflection seem quite still. Not a flawless concrete conclusion, but it’s the one I subscribe to for the time being.

That man's reaction in the mirror video seemed pretty genuine. He freezes and watches for a second because he's sure he's seeing something wrong here. Then, he cries out in shock, and after putting back his drink and shaking his head in disbelief (possibly thinking he's being pranked), moves quickly to check the room that's on the other side of that mirror to be sure there's not someone standing there and it's double-sided glass. He's more spooked once he realizes that it really is a mirror and he's not being pranked.

Exactly how tf do you fake that bruh
@63brennan2 жыл бұрын
@@IamJay02 On some of the other videos, I don't KNOW if they are fake, but here are some general complaints. Why do all the "shadow people" look exactly like every 90's-00's TV movie ghost? They all have a similar dark glow, (like maybe the technology just got cheap enough for common people to get it) Also, when they have the camera or cell phone facing them, they can see themselves on the display. So how do they NOT see the "ghostly girl" right behind them when we see it plain as day. Now people might ask, "Why go through all this". The answer, as always, is money. You ever notice that some of these ghost hunter channels have a small following, don't get many concrete results, (maybe one EVP, or strange knocking) have one "caught on camera" type event, then suddenly not only do they go to 100k followers/subscribers, but also suddenly every hunt is like the last half hour of Poltergeist? Don't get me wrong, it's great entertainment, and I love it. But most of these encounters can be done with one person who they never show on camera. And since you asked "how tf do you fake that bruh," i'll tell you. It's a recording playing on the tv not a reflection. It's in black and white so it's easier to hide but at one point you see a weird glitch right in front of where the girl is standing. That is her actual reflection they had to edit out. (around 12:43) You can tell this is a set up because when they first show the bro's reaction, he starts by looking right into the camera and smiling. (right around 13:35)

My first thought was that someone had used the unfinished build to keep a kidnapped child. I really wanted him to check the spaces over the walls
@StarWarsJay2 жыл бұрын
If that was real, the child crying was not only chilling, but also heartbreaking. One can only imagine why a child’s spirit would dwell in a basement, bless it.
@StarWarsJay2 жыл бұрын
@Mi Ti Zu yeah using kids for views sucks indeed. It happens a lot on TikTok. But it might be real bro. I’ve personally experienced a number of paranormal experiences that I know were “real”. The problem is that it’s hard to tell real from fake these days, technology being what it is.
@StarWarsJay2 жыл бұрын
@Mi Ti Zu same on all counts. Seems like you might have messed with something once. Hope it’s gone and you feel peace. Anyway yeah, running when your can hear a child? Hmm, not good. I see what you mean. But if real (a big IF and imagine being there) and he looked everywhere and that crying was just coming out of the air, then I get him being scared. As you know though, experiencing a true paranormal incident is always more fleeting and subtle than blatant, high volume crying, at least in my experience. Have you seen a shadow entity yet?
@faye44262 жыл бұрын
@Mi Ti Zu i hope he, at least, called the police because while i do understand that he was terrified (i would be if i was in his place), it will still leave me second guessing because those cries sounded real! and i would forever hate myself if i found out that there was a real child in there and i didn't do anything to help them when i was THIS close.

There are so many bleak copies of this channel, but none them manage to reach even half way when it comes to quality and narration. Fact is this is the only countdown channel in the paranormal genre that is worth watching. There are other excellent channels that deal with the paranormal and mysteries, such as LEMMiNO, Bedtime Stories and Barely Sociable for example, but when it comes to the classic countdown genre, Nuke’s Top 5 still wins the prize.

Agreed. How about Lazy Masquerade? I think he's an excellent narrator and has good takes. I like these channels that explore the plausible along with the implausible, especially when it makes the implausible seem more plausible.

Monsters never attack the hero when he's got his music playing in the background; so hum your own heroic theme music and whatever is there can't get you. Learned that from a Bill Cosby skit.

Every time I watch your vids I feel kinda relaxed because of your voice yet slightly spooked. After the vid ends it makes me sad cuz its over already and cant wait for the next one. Seen a lot of channels that just post random videos and call them supernatural even if its obviously fake. You also direct the viewer nicely in a neutral way without shoving bs in our faces. Absolutely love it. Also the editing and the backstories.. Safe to say you are Top5 while giving us Top1 experience 😄

@Games64Life Жыл бұрын
Creepy, it is not pointed out and kind of slowly ducks behind a tree.

I saw it and wondered why it wasn’t mentioned. It seemed so obvious. You can also see it move from left to right (from the tree to where they were pointed out) when the camera was pointing toward the ground. It just looks like someone in a dark hoodie which could have been the figure on the left later on

3:35 this one scares me because i know there are people who use recordings of children crying to lure people into dark/secluded places. like a basement in an empty, unsecured house that's being renovated. he didn't check in the cupboard, and honestly, it's probably for the best he didn't even go into that room.
