Nuki Smartlock Geofencing with Apple Home to Autolock When The Last Person Leaves

The Nuki Smart Locks don't natively support auto locking when anyone or the last person leaves the house and if you add this into your 'When the last person leaves' automation in Apple's Home app you'll have to manually allow the task to run. In this video I show you a workaround to easily auto lock when the last person leaves using a smart plug trick!
Correction: You can achieve a 'when anyone leaves' lock function via advanced geofencing features in the Nuki app support.nuki.i... but not a 'when the last person leaves' which I demo in this video

Not sure why my comment won’t load. You can do this with the Nuki app via the expert settings in the Auto Unlock section.

You can do Auto Unlock but you can’t do auto lock when the last person (or anyone) leaves

@@MarksTechVlogsyes you can. In the Nuki App go to: Settings - Auto Unlock - scroll down to expert settings - choose actions - geofence exit - lock.
