Rafale is more Stealthy than J10C......so J10C cannot see Rafale from long Range. Both METEOR and PL-15 has similar 200km estimated Range. Pakistan has export varients of PL15 which has 145km Range. India is developing and testing it's own ASTRA MK3 BVR missile which going to be 350km Range Missile. SPECRA ELECTRONIC WARFARE SYSTEM makes RAFALE almost invisible to enemy radar.
